I am so lonely,
I am so bright,
I am the only,
I am the light.
Do you think I'm pretty,
lovely and vast?
Or is it just pity,
because I won't last?
I am a star,
so shiny and old,
the brightest by far,
until I grow cold.
I will light the way,
through the space you adore,
until the day,
I can hold on no more.
